I had parathyroid surgery last week and the position of my head and neck during surgery left me in horrible pain. After the ok of my surgeon i went to VRC for the first time and got a chair massage. I instantly got relief! I went back today for a second one. Really impressed with the place! So much so that i bought a package! Love supporting positive Skokie businesses!

I ran both the 2024 Chicago and Indianapolis Marathons, and each time I opted for a soothing massage session with targeted stretches at VRC before the race. Massages are just as important in my training plan as my running sessions. Along with proper fueling and good sleep, getting a massage is part of my pre-race checklist. I trust Vince to get my body ready for race day. He is professional, thorough, and careful—especially with my legs.
At some other massage parlors, the pressure may be too gentle, doing little to relax the muscles, or worse, too hard, risking injury right before a race. Vince does an amazing job balancing both. Your marathon success ultimately depends on the quality of your training, but a good massage can help you feel more relaxed going into the race. I’d recommend VRC without hesitation.

I am thrilled that VRC Massage opened in my neighborhood! The facility is very clean and welcoming, as is the staff. Though I live nearby and it's super easy for me to walk over, I would come here even if I had to drive. It's worth it, and there's plenty of free parking.
